School Redesign & Change
The School Redesign Team provide a professional, outcome focused service, in relation to restructures and change programmes, including staffing compliment and structures, TUPE transfers and academy conversions.
Your Service Redesign Consultant will be able to support you with a range of activities including:
- Support with restructures, workforce reductions and other change programmes from inception to implementation
- Academy conversions from approval stage through to completion of transfer including all statutory requirements
- School amalgamations and status changes
- Guidance and support with other workforce changes (e.g. TA hours arrangements)
- Expert advice and guidance on employment law and policy relating to workforce changes (eg use of fixed term contracts, casual workers etc.)
- Guidance and support to effectively consult, develop and implement structural changes at all levels
Whenever you start a workforce change project, you will be assigned a dedicated service redesign consultant who will support you from the inception to the implementation of your change.
Our customers receive the following support as part of the standard HR packages:
HR Advisory: Six days or 45 contact hours, with a named Service Redesign Consultant
HR Advisory Plus: Additional 14 hours of advice, in either Casework or Service Redesign.
