Parks and Open Spaces can provide inspections and maintenance; Open space and playground development; Nature conservation/Biodiversity advice.

Greenspace and Natural Environment can provide:

o   Carry out routine electronic inspections of children's playground to ensure compliance with European regulations

o   Minor repairs whilst on site and larger repairs can be ordered in and co-ordinated.

o   Provide advice and support for open space and playground developments and Project Management through to completion.

o   Nature conservation and biodiversity advice 

o   Advice on planting and creating wildlife friendly areas in school grounds

o   Expert advice and experience of the wide range of open space-related issues

Service Packages

Services are available based on a set fee for playground inspections and a percentage of project costs for design and other advice.

These options sit separately to any grounds maintenance or other operations that might be carried out by the City Council.
