If you have received your letter letting you know that you have been awarded the 2024 Responsible Tenant Reward, your account is in credit, you do not pay by direct debit and you are absolutely sure that you do not want to keep this on your rent account, please fill in the form below to provide us with your bank details.

You must complete all the sections before submitting the form.

Please note that we will start processing refund requests from the middle of December. We'll aim to process these as quickly as we can, but please be patient.
