If you have been refused this year’s Responsible Tenant Reward but feel an incorrect decision has been made, you can appeal our decision using the form below. All appeals for the 2024 Responsible Tenant Reward must have been received by no later than Friday 31 January 2025.

All sections on this form are mandatory and must be completed so we can locate your account and give full consideration to your appeal.

And please wait until you have received your letter letting you know that you've been unsuccessful before making an appeal.
