We're extremely proud of the strong voice our residents have at Nottingham City Council Housing Services.
We aim to make sure our tenants and leaseholders have the opportunity to be listened to and are responded to in a way that meets their needs.
This includes seeking to consult with tenants in a timely manner before making any significant service changes to our services.
