The ReMOTE Reporting App

Downloading your app, signing up and creating your account

1. On your smartphone or tablet, head to your app store and search for ‘ReMOTE Reporting’ then click ‘Get’

2. Once downloaded, you'll be taken to the ‘Setup’ page. Select 'Yes - I have a QR code', allow the app to have access to your camera and scan the QR code below.

If you can’t scan the QR code because you only have access to the device you’re using, please email reportasb@nottinghamcity.gov.uk.

3. Once scanned, you'll get a message to tell you that setup is complete. Click 'continue'

4. Fill in your details and create a password. These details will allow us to contact you quickly and your email and password will be used to log you into the app

You'll have the option to enable automatic login and receive case notes by email

Click 'Create Account' and you're all set up!
