With Housing Online, you can bid for properties that you're eligible for, and you can check your rent account. Housing Online is growing and soon, it'll be the one stop shop for all your housing services.
It's completely secure and private - and it means that you can contact us at your own convenience.
To register for Housing Online click here. You'll need your email address and rent account number.
An emergency repair is one that needs doing urgently because there is a serious immediate risk to you or the property. Find out more about the types of repairs that are classed as priorities or emergencies.
Report priority or emergency repairs 24 hours a day, every day on 0115 915 2222.
You can pay your rent using our automated payment line, 24 hours a day, every day by calling 0800 052 0173. You'll need your Rent Reference Number when you call.
You can check your rent account at Housing Online (you'll need to register first with your email address and rent account number).
To talk to us about your rent, or for support managing your money, call 0115 915 4920 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We ask that you raise any issues with us early on. If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it so we can put it right.
