Housing Patch Managers deal with a wide range of tenancy and housing issues – including dealing with anti-social behaviour, harassment and neighbour disputes. Housing Patch Managers also work closely with the police, other council departments, local tenants’ and residents’ associations and others to improve the quality of life on your street and your community – including taking part in estate inspections.
