If you believe that Nottingham City Council is responsible for any loss or damage to your property our compensation claim form below will help you to make a claim by making sure we have all the information we need to properly investigate it. 

We'll be in touch within seven working days of submission. We may request further information including purchase receipts for any damaged items and estimates for repairing or replacing the damaged item(s).

Please retain any damaged items for inspection.
