Monthly Performance Reporting

We're commited to driving performance to provide the best possible service to our residents.

As part of this performance drive, we've developed monthly monitoring measures relating to the following areas:

  • rents
  • repairs
  • staffing
  • complaints
  • compliance (including gas/electric safety checks).  

These reports are critical to us improving our services. Senior Leaders, Councillors and the newly formed tenants group, Housing Assurance Board (HAB) have the opportunity to scrutinise, challenge and seek assurances on the measures.

We produce two reports, called balanced scorecards, each month.

The first is the overall balanced scorecard, which looks at at all measures. The second shows those measures that are in exception - that is to say that they do not meet target (red) or are still on the way to meeting target (amber).
